The Personality assessment (HPTI) is grounded in the ‘Big 5′ model, assessing traits that predict job success and risks for derailment. It delivers powerful insights into an individual’s openness to change, whether they thrive in competitive environments, how they adjust to stressful situations and whether they are more likely than others to strive for success. This can be as applicable to leaders or potential leaders and individuals’ ‘fit’ for certain roles.
Using four main profile factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance, Thomas’ Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides information on an assessment taker’s fears, motivators, values and behaviours. Steve has been using this assessment for more than 30 years for exploring behavioural fit for a role or future role, improving communication with individuals, identifying areas for development and recruitment. It is straightforward to complete, easy to explain and non-threatening as it focuses on behaviours at work.
Emotional Intelligence assessment (TEIQue)
The TEIQue can be used for a number of purposes, including appraisals, leadership training, work and life coaching, talent development, measuring employee morale, team building, recruitment and selection and many more. It is invaluable for developing self-awareness and how your emotions impact on managing relationships with others.

Psychometrics can provide a powerful basis for developing awareness and workplace behaviours. Steve Bax is an accredited practitioner for Thomas: The Personality Assessment (HPTI- High Potential Trait Indicator), The Behaviour Assessment (PPA – Personal Profile Analysis) and Emotional Intelligence Assessment (TEIQue – Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire) psychometric assessments from Thomas. He has also completed a ‘train the trainer’ course for TEIQue.
