Bax Interaction is based at St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge and was established in 2005 to provide organisations with the insight to inform and capability to implement effective marketing and business strategies. Over the last 14 years we have helped organisations of all shapes and sizes to grow through a combination of: market research; strategic development and the training and development of the people that make it happen.
Steve Bax – Managing Director – has over 30 years’ experience at senior and board levels in B2 B, B2 C and not for profit organisations. Steve is an active full member of the CIM and the Market Research Society (MRS) as well as a Chartered Marketer.
He is a Fellow of Cambridge Marketing College, one of the largest marketing study centres in Europe, where he taught more than 1000 students from around the World over 27 years.
Steve is an accredited practitioner for HPTI (High Potential Trait Indicator), PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) and TEIQue (Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire) assessments (Thomas International). He has also completed a train the trainer course to deliver TEIQue assessment programmes.
Fiona Bax – Director – has previously run a catering events company in Norfolk. She has considerable experience in managing projects and teams. Fiona manages all Bax market research projects – qualitative and quantitative. She also undertakes telephone depth interviews, moderates focus groups and undertakes research analysis using Quirkos CAQDAS (Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software) and various quantitative tools.
Fiona also delivers marketing research techniques training.
